A ready-to-use, coloured solution for use on concrete, block paving, paving slabs, walling and roof tiles. Designed to enhance and expand the lifespan of coloured concrete and block paving and protect from water penetration, oil or grease spillages and dirt/grime build-up. Features & Benefits:- Restores colour – Reduces water penetration, staining and dirt/grime build-up – UV stable formulation – Helps inhibit organic growth – Solvent-free formulation; low odour – Facilitates easier cleaning – Improves water resistance and UV resistance – Contains fungicide which retards mould growth. Ready to use and does not require diluting. Stir well before use and periodically during application. A test on a small inconspicuous area is recommended to determine the depth of colour required. Always use tubs from the same batch to guarantee colour matching. Apply using a brush or lambswool roller and do not over apply or allow puddling to occur. This product will dry in 1 to 2 hours on a dry sunny day; however, cold or humid conditions will slow drying times. Do not traffic for approximately 3-4 hours after application. Only to be used in conjunction with other Bond It Drive Alive products.

A super strength (16% hydrochloric acid) cleaner that will remove cement and mortar splashes from brickwork, paving, concrete floors and warehouses. For removing cement and mortar splashes, light oil stains and grease from brickwork, paving, tiles, earthenware and concrete. This cleaner should not interfere with the various types of concrete and stone (except limestone and marble) commonly encountered in the general building area. Efflorescence can also be removed by using this product diluted. Test a small area prior to application. Product should be diluted to recommended levels. Apply by brush and allow to stand for 10-15 minutes. Do not allow to dry out. Scrub with a stiff brush then rinse thoroughly with a hose pipe. Can be used undiluted for stubborn stains. Note: this product will attack limestone, marble, stainless steel and aluminium.

A premium waterseal designed to repel water from exterior masonry work which allows walls to breathe, reducing the risk of damage caused by water and frost. Used as a masonry water-proofer suitable for use on brick, stone and concrete. It protects against water and frost, providing a breathable coating which does not change the physical appearance of a building. A secondary benefit of the product is to repel water-borne dirt and resist fungal growth as well as help reducing heating costs, as energy is not wasted in drying out wet walls. Offers years of protection. Brush at a rate of 3m² per litre for porous stone and 5m² per litre for hard brick, allowing 6 hours to dry before applying a second coat. Always apply with a smooth action starting at the top and working your way down the wall. Care should be taken not to splash or mist cars, windows, painted surfaces, plants and ponds. Two coats are recommended for best results, however more coats can be applied. Apply by brush or non-atomising spray.
